Whether you have 1 or 1000 properties, we are happy to provide preferential rates for landlords and letting agencies for both emergency repairs and annual safety checks.

As each landlord has different needs and a different ways of operating, we create a separate account for each one.  This allows us to specify who can authorise work, how we communicate with you (or your appointed representatives) and also any specific requirements you may have.

We can offer everything from occasional emergency repairs to a full facilities management service on your properties. So whether it is a small plumbing job which we can fix there and then or a larger scale project we will make all necessary arrangements to provide you with everything you need.

Business Services

We realise that commercial premises such as offices, shops, warehouses etc. require ongoing maintenance and repairs as much as domestic properties too

We are happy to provide all of our trade services to commercial clients on both a one-off and ongoing basis.  As with our landlord clients, we can tailor a set of client instructions for any business - including details of authorised persons, repair limits and procedures.

We will also assign specific engineers to deal with you account to help build a familiarization between our on site contact and yourself. Our Operations Manager will arrange to have progress meeting on a regular basis to discuss your account and ensure your satisfaction is maintained.

We have a full Health and Safety pack and Risk Assessment Procedures to ensure we comply with any of our clients own policies.  All of our engineers are equipped with adequate safety equipment, certification and tools for the work they carry out.
